Thailand
Pending approval of the Thai government, Asylum Access-Thailand will be working with those who have come to Thailand from Southeast Asia and beyond, assisting them to understand the UNHCR RSD process and the rules regarding the right to work in Thailand.
Thailand is not currently a signatory to the 1951 Refugee Convention. However, Thailand sits on the Executive Committee of UNHCR, and UNHCR has historically conducted refugee status determination proceedings (RSD) for urban refugees.
