Jillian Tuck graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 with a degree in History and Latin American Studies. She spent a year working as an international human rights observer with the Network in Solidarity with the People of Guatemala (NISGUA) and continues to be active in the struggle against impunity in Guatemala and other social justice movements in Central America.
