Robin Trangsrud graduated with a degree in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Before joining Asylum Access, Robin worked for the Massachusetts' Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild and as a Faculty Assistant to Samantha Power, a U.S. Foreign Policy and Human Rights Professor at Harvard University. Her interest in legal advocacy and human rights stems from her studies and experience volunteering in Guatemala for a non-profit organization helping families living in the Guatemala City Dump called Camino Seguro/Safe Passage. Robin is eager to contribute to the important work of Asylum Access and to assist refugees in rebuilding their lives in Ecuador.
